Bretton Woods trunk or treat: Saturday, October 29th. There’s something for everyone in our Trunk-or-Treating area! Get a sugary fix by trick-or-treating from one spooky car to the next. Take a seat in our festive wagon for a delightful ride, bounce around for a bit in our bouncy house, or simply warm up by the fire while enjoying some hot cider and cider donuts. This is a “Rain or Shine” event. Ballots for “Best Theme”, “Most Spooky” and “Most Original” trunks will be handed out in this area as well so be sure to cast your vote! If you plan on hosting a “trunk” at this year’s Trunk-or-Treat, please plan on arriving between 11:30am and 12:30pm to ensure that you are set up and ready for your spooky costumed guests arriving at 1:00pm. Claremont Hallowesta: Monday, October 31st, 3:30pm. The Claremont Parks and Recreation Department is getting ready for another Halloween Celebration! Ghosts and goblins of all ages: get your costumes ready and join us for trick-or-treating on Pleasant Street and Opera House Square, and a parade to Broad Street Park. We will do costume judging with trophies and snacks.

All vehicles should be prepared to bring treats to hand out, and to follow the parking plan. Prestigious “best tailgate” trophy will be handed out. Dover Main Street trick or treat: Join Dover Main Street for the annual Downtown Trick-or-Treating event, sponsored by Federal Savings Bank, on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event starts at the Cocheco Mills Courtyard, where the first 350 children will receive a Halloween themed trick-or-treat bag and a map of participating businesses. Families are encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween costumes.

Trick-or-treating takes place in the church parking lot (with overflow parking in the Library/Police Dept. parking lot). Each car serves as a stop for children to collect candy.
Milford Oval trick or treat: Friday, October 28th, 3pm-4:30pm. Free! All ages welcome! Stop by and trick-or-treat with MRD at the Milford Oval Gazebo! The Recreation Department will have candy or a small toy to choose from (1 piece per child). Don’t forget to wear your costume! Costume Contest: Scariest, Funniest, Prettiest, Prizes to winners!
