Event Details

One Slight Hitch, a story set in 1981, from author, playwright, social critic, actor and stand up comic Lewis Black, is essentially a family sitcom filled with charm, humor, and lovable characters. The hilarious story centers on parents Doc and Delia who are preparing the perfect wedding for their daughter Courtney and her straight laced fiancee Harper, but the unexpected return of Courtney’s ex throws a monkey wrench into their plans that results in both zany and heart felt moments of family bonding.

Language and themes make this an adult audience show. Refreshments will be sold at intermission. Tickets can be purchased in advance or day of show, though we do expect a large turnout, so an advance ticket purchase is recommended. The performances will take place at Sherburne Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham NH on 7:00 pm Friday February 17th and Saturday February 18th, and there is also a matinee show on Saturday February 18th at 2:00 pm.
